Skip Schwoerke, refugee from the United States.

After college I spent 24 years moving around the world with
the United States (US) Army. Upon retirement, I worked for 13 years as an independent contractor
for numerous Federal agencies. In October 2003, after the final contract ran out, I embarked on a
trip to Thailand to visit an old Army buddy and had so much fun that I eventually moved to a
permanent residence in Jomtien.

For the first year I enjoyed playing golf everyday then I
met some nice folks at the ACE Caf in Jomtien. They all had road bikes, many belonged to the Nagas
MC, and they talked constantly about all the great trips they had taken throughout Thailand.
Convinced touring was a great way to see Thailand I soon joined the Nagas MC. My first road bike
was a Honda VTX but I soon moved up to a Harley Road King.

I met my girlfriend Tei through the wife of one of the Nagas
members who is also from the US. Tei has learned to read a map, navigate using the sun and has the
distinct advantage of being able to read the road signs written in Thai. She keeps me on the right
track when we are on the more scenic back roads. Joining the Nagas MC has opened up a whole new
world to explore, with countless new adventures, as well as meeting and associating with a truly
unique, supportive and loyal group of men and women.
